I started my career at Disney World working in their events department when I started college Then, about two years later, I moved over to my first hotel job at the Wyndham in Downtown Disney. I spent about 15 years total in hotels, in a variety of positions within Operations, but really fell in love with Revenue Management as an AGM, when the hotel chain I worked for started using an “automated” system. I loved the concept, but hated the bot-style automation with no customization options, and worked with a variety of RM systems at Sonesta, Hilton, and Choice. When I found RevMax, I was totally enthralled with the balance of automation and customization – there was no bot telling me what I HAD to tell my clients to do with their price, but there were lots of guidelines and systems I could set up in order to take a lot of the repetitive work off of my plate!

When I’m not working and digging around in Excel, I love traveling with my husband and our pets. We are full time RVers, and are currently traveling the country and exploring as many new places as we can find! We have been to about 12 states, and look forward to visiting the rest of the contiguous states in the next year or two.
