Heather Fogle has over 24 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in operations, revenue management, and training.  Heather has worked for well-known hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Best Western.  Her passion for taking a struggling company and helping their teams devise a path to reach their common goals drives her everyday work.  She thrives on helping teams reach their milestones on their path to success.  Her chief concern is setting up a structure that can thrive over time.  She knows investing in the team is the most important move a company can make for long-term gain.
